Just a couple updates about me in general and my (delayed) artwork.
Main worry right now is that my cat Moby is sick. He's the white one in my gallery. He's heavily constipated, and has had 3 enemas already and had poo manually removed from him (by hand), yet he's still constipated. He had become impacted, where a ball of hard fecal matter was too large to be pooed out, and had backed everything up. He's still having problems, and may or may not have his colon stretched out to the point of it not working properly any more. He used the bathroom yesterday morning on his own, but has yet to poo since. I think he's scared to, as the last time probably hurt. He's also eating less, and both those issues may make the constipation worse if there's still some up there, which I think there is. He's also being difficult taking his pills - I have yet to figure out a good way to do this.
This has been going on since last Monday, so I haven't been getting much sleep and I feel horrible in general for him. It's also quite expensive, and my parents want me to put him down. But I don't want to. And because I live with my sister, I feel as if I have to sneak around to do his treatments, for fear of listening to more lectures on how I can't afford to do it.
Other than that, I finally got work of the status of my passport by going down to the passport office and waiting an hour and a half during work. They said it's approved and waiting to be mailed, and I should have it with 2 weeks. Which means in the end I'll have waited 3 months, and will get it within a week of my departure date. So that's a little stress relieved, although I won't be completely happy until it's physically in my hand.
Oh - and my sister just spend some time in the hospital (5 days) due to an illness she has that had worsened. She seems to be OK now though, but as soon as she got back Moby got sick. So I've been considerably stressed out for quite a while now.
Besides all that, I've actually started another vector as work has slowed down a bit. A WIP is below.
SIDENOTE: My cubicle neighbour sounds like fucking Mr. Ed when he's eating. CLOSE YOUR DAMN MOUTH!

When Sooty (my poodle) has to take tablets I usually wrap them up in little parcels of sliced ham. Usually does the trick.
I know giving human medicines is bad for animals, but I'd try to get some kind of stool softner *cringe* into Moby to give it back the confidence in doing...stuff...

Cant wait to see the final images of your m3, looking very nice
Poor thing.
Hope he gets over his ails soon.
Giving a cat a pill?
Not an easy task.
I have to kneel over the top, force their mouth open, drop the pill into the back of their throat.
They'll spit it out if I try to hide it in food.
