Illustrator Techniques and is a new magazine from the
Photoshop User magazine people. Could be an interesting magazine for Illustrator freaks. Anyone subscribe? Is it worth it? I want to, but at the same time I don't have a ton of money to throw around. For those looking for free content, they have a
forum that's free to subscribe to, but it's a bit slow. Might be worth checking out though.
Not many updates these days. Work is busy for the most part, and I've been painting which is overall slower going than Illustrator stuff. But I think increased stress and anxiety is causing some "artists block" at home and at work (which ironically contributes to the stress and anxiety to begin with).
That and Christmas coming up... Which I have a love/hate thing for. I like the whole giving aspect, and the time with family. But I hate just about everything else (the commercialism and how everyone in the city acts like an asshole in stores. I always say I'm going to shop early to avoid it, but I never seem to be able to.
